Jason Keigher is now offering virtual personal training from any device, at a fraction of the price you’d pay for ordinary personal training!


How It Works

Jason will ask you about your fitness goals, exercise history, how much time you have to exercise, what equipment you have access to, and more.


Jason will then design and implement a customized fitness program that is safe, effective and specifically tailored to your individual needs. 


You meet with Jason virtually on Zoom using any device as he walks you through your workouts.

Using the results of your integrated golf fitness assessment, our specialists will develop your customized golf-specific personal training program that is designed to meet the demands of golf, with an emphasis on enhanced flexibility, core strength, balance, as well as rotational strength and power.


You WILL master the movements important to improving your biomechanics and golf swing.


Because all of our golf fitness specialists utilize the Optimum Performance Training Model (OPT) developed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) you will be amazed at the improvements in your golf game!

Who I am

Hi! My name is Jason Keigher. I'm a personal trainer in Palm Springs CA and I'm available for in-home and virtual personal training to help you reach your health and fitness goals.


I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (CES), performance enhancement specialist (PES), senior fitness specialist (SFS), fitness nutrition specialist (FNS), golf fitness specialist (GFS) and women's fitness specialist (WFS); by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS); as well as by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.


My specialties include senior fitness, prenatal fitness, balance and coordination training, reaction time training, postural correction, core strengthening, strength and flexibility training, weight loss/gain, kettlebell training, TRX/suspension training as well as cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.
