Cyber Fitness Training
Online training is ideal for clients who are unable to meet face-to-face with a trainer due to cost, transportation difficulties or business travel. For only $99 you get a four week customized online fitness program that includes strength training, stretching, cardiovascular training and nutritional guidance. All online fitness programs are based on your personal goals, fitness level, exercise preferences, injury limitations and equipment available.
To help you maximize your time and get the results you desire, I will provide ongoing support, advice and encouragement. You will receive a training log that outlines what you need to do daily to achieve your goals, as well as, instructions on how to perform each exercise correctly. Your progress will be continually monitored and I will modify your program based on your results.
Yoga and Pilates Yoga is built on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. The exercises of yoga are designed to increase your body's efficiency and total health. Breathing techniques are based on the concept that breath is the source of life. These two systems, exercise and breathing, prepare the body and mind for meditation allowing relief from everyday stress. Boxing and Kickboxing Boxing and kickboxing are widely known to be one of the best cardiovascular and muscle conditioning activities for men and women of all ages. From novice to athlete, this program will teach you the fundamentals of the art of boxing and kickboxing and will reflect the training regiment of a real professional boxer/kickboxer. Your new skills will improve your sport specific program as well as your daily activities. Boxing and kickboxing workouts may include heavy bag, speed bag, sparring, jump rope and core conditioning.

The rate for a comprehensive initial nutrition assessment is $200. During this initial consultation, a nutritionist will review your nutritional goals, medical history, laboratory tests (if available), and a three day food diary. After careful analysis, the dietitian will critique your current diet and outline recommendations to improve your eating habits. This will help you reach your fitness goals!
